At the helm of Chicco di Grano’s pastry workshop is Carlo, a creative and passionate mind who turns each dessert into a story. Inspired by seasonality and his training experience in Piedmont alongside master Stefano Laghi, he brought a signature vision to his family’s pastry shop: technique, elegance and continuous research.

From sbrisolona to frittelle alla maresina to the cake named after Luigi da Porto the writer who brought the original story of Romeo and Juliet alive, who was originally from the area, each dessert is a tribute to Vicenza’s culture and flavors.

At Easter, the workshop turns into a cocoa workshop.
Each egg is a unique piece: made with the finest chocolate and decorated with skill by Carlo.
